Role Description Diese vielseitige Position vereint drei Kernbereiche in gleichem Umfang: Finanzbuchhaltung, Legal Operations sowie spezielle Executive Assistant Aufgaben. Die Stelle richtet sich an Persönlichkeiten, die sowohl analytisch als auch kommunikativ stark sind und in einem abwechslungsreichen Umfeld eigenverantwortlich arbeiten möchten. - Finanzbuchhaltung: - Verantwortlich für Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung sowie das Hauptbuch - Erstellen und Prüfen von Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen - Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Überwachung offener Posten - Ansprechpartner für Behörden und Versicherungen - Legal Operations: - Koordination eingehender Anfragen sowie wiederkehrender Aufgaben und Steuerung der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kunden - Verwaltung und Pflege des Vertragsmanagement-Systems ironclad (Fristen, Verlängerungen, Archivierung) - Erstellung einfacher Vertragsvorlagen und Unterstützung bei der Vertragsprüfung in Absprache mit dem General Counsil - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung datenschutzrechtlicher Anforderungen (DSGVO) im operativen Alltag, Aktualisierung des Datenquellenarchivs und Dokumentation von Prozessen - Executive Assistant: - Vorbereitung komplexer Inhalte und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation - Organisation interner Abteilungsmeetings Qualifications - Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B.
