• Manage a large portfolio of school districts through scalable, digital-first engagement • Execute one-to-many lifecycle programs driving adoption, retention, and expansion across Securly products • Identify risks and opportunities using telemetry, engagement signals, and health scores • Trigger automated journeys and support customer inquiries using structured playbooks • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine digital journeys and improve program performance

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in K–12 EdTech or SaaS environments
  • Experience managing high-volume portfolios with one-to-many engagement strategies
  • Strong product knowledge with actionable guidance
  • Experience with digital playbooks for onboarding, activation, or renewal stages
  • Proficiency in CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Vitally)
