Director, Employee Wealth Programs
Mercer Advisors
• Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for employee wealth programs and referral initiatives to drive growth in the Community channel. • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure success. • Lead marketing efforts for employee wealth programs, including campaign development, messaging, and branding. • Partner with internal marketing teams to create compelling content and promotional materials that engage employees and encourage referrals. • Oversee digital and offline marketing channels to maximize program visibility and participation. • Develop educational resources and training programs to ensure employees understand wealth offerings and referral processes. • Host webinars, workshops, and internal events to promote program awareness and adoption. • Work closely with Compliance, HR, Operations, and Sales to ensure program alignment with company policies and objectives. • Serve as the primary liaison for leadership on program performance and strategic adjustments. • Continuously analyze program performance and employee engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement. • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance participation and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, program management, or employee engagement initiatives.
- Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with financial services or wealth management industry is a plus.

• KOL Development: Design and execute KOL engagement strategy, including relationship development, message alignment and evaluation, scientific and product feedback, and targeted marketing initiatives. • Manage Commercial KOL engagement planning and execution at major congresses. • Brand Strategy and Regional Marketing: Leverage KOL insights to inform Brand strategy, positioning, and messaging during the Brand Building process. • Regional congress strategy and execution, KOL engagement, exhibit staffing, strategic sponsorship management. • Management of regional marketing budget. • Promotional Physician Speaker Bureau: Identification, recruitment, and coaching of KOL speakers. • Vendor selection and management. • Commercial COE Profiling and Insights: Identify KOL champions and lead KOL-specific scientific education and clinical alignment. • Internal Collaboration to Optimize Launch Readiness: Integration and strategic planning with regional cross-functional team, ensuring effective communication and implementation of Brand tactics.
