Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt (Salaried) Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 base salary + quarterly bonus opportunities Position Overview Fourlane is seeking a Order Operations Specialist to manage the full order life cycle. This role incorporates high degrees of accuracy, technical systems, and teamwork. You will serve as a critical control point within the revenue process. While transactional in nature, the position requires strong attention to detail and accountability, as errors directly impact invoicing accuracy, revenue recognition, and client experience. Ensure that all required fields, product selections, pricing structures, and service configurations are complete and accurate prior to finalization. · Price & Product Validation: Validate pricing, discounts, promotions, and bundled services against approved company standards. Confirm that all order components align with current product offerings and pricing structures. · Billing Readiness & Financial Alignment: Ensure all orders are properly structured for invoicing, including subscription setup, billing cadence, payment terms, and tax applicability. Identify and resolve discrepancies before orders are handed off to Finance. · Data Integrity & System Accuracy: Maintain consistent and accurate data across CRM, ordering platforms, and billing systems. Ensure alignment between systems to prevent downstream reconciliation issues. · Cross Functional Coordination: Act as an operational liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. Communicate order status, clarify discrepancies, and ensure alignment across teams. · Issue Identification & Resolution Support: Proactively identify order-related issues and discrepancies. Resolve straightforward issues independently and escalate complex cases with clear documentation and context. · Ownership & Accountability: Accuracy and completeness of all processed orders. Timeliness of order execution. Integrity of order data across all systems.
