Director, Direct Field Sales

• Lead a team of talented Sales Professionals focused on meeting—and exceeding—North’s annual revenue and profitability goals • Create and execute sales plans designed to break into new markets, expand our presence in the community, and build valuable referral partnerships • Collaborate with teams across North—sales support, product development, and client services—to ensure seamless onboarding and a superior customer experience for every new client • Embrace and promote company initiatives and new programs, ensuring your team stays ahead of the curve • Share insights, data, and recommendations with senior leadership to help identify process improvements and growth opportunities • Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
  • Completion of a drug screening
  • Must live in or near your assigned sales region
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered
  • Typically 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Experience in SaaS, software, or payment processing is a plus
