Director, Direct Field Sales
North
• Lead a team of talented Sales Professionals focused on meeting—and exceeding—North’s annual revenue and profitability goals • Create and execute sales plans designed to break into new markets, expand our presence in the community, and build valuable referral partnerships • Collaborate with teams across North—sales support, product development, and client services—to ensure seamless onboarding and a superior customer experience for every new client • Embrace and promote company initiatives and new programs, ensuring your team stays ahead of the curve • Share insights, data, and recommendations with senior leadership to help identify process improvements and growth opportunities • Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
- Completion of a drug screening
- Must live in or near your assigned sales region
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered
- Typically 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience in SaaS, software, or payment processing is a plus
