BC Solution Architect
Western Computer
• Lead discussions with BC W clients regarding their requirements and design • Exercise oversight and provide final approval for BC Functional resource deliverables • Actively engage in client status and Steering Committee meetings • Grant the final sign-off for the overall design • Provide dedicated client support for design issues • Expertly triage and address escalated design issues • Contribute to scoping the requirements for subsequent project phases • Offer insights in the pre-sales phase and lend authority to project estimation
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics BC
- Gathering requirements, crafting configuration, testing, training, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Experience leading teams
- Understanding of change management
- Depth of knowledge in BC
- Experience in Manufacturing (discrete and process industry is a plus)
- Understanding of Finance, Trade and Logistics, and Warehouse Management Production
