In this role, you will provide essential administrative, scheduling, and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of our residential energy efficiency program across the western side of Arkansas. You will work closely with program staff and customers to keep daily operations on track while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Target Compensation: $20.00/hr Compensation Range $17.75 - $25.05Currency USDType Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. Primary Responsibilities As a member of the operations team your responsibilities would include the following activities: - Support the project team by maintaining a clearly defined project plan. This includes: - Organized updates on statuses for all project related tasks - Realistic and defined due dates and dependencies - Managing follow ups and delegation of tasks throughout the project - Support the integration of new advisors onto the Orion system.
