We are seeking a compassionate and experienced PMHNP to join our growing, mission-driven organization focused on providing high quality holistic mental health care to women throughout all reproductive life stages including perinatal to perimenopause. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience working with the perinatal population and some exposure to perimenopause patients. The candidate should also have at least six months of telehealth experience and is committed to having a profound impact on women's mental health as this position is designed for PMHNPs who value high-quality care and want to grow with an early stage startup. What you'll do - Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model. - Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist - This is a 1099 contract, expected to average up to 5-10 hours a week. - Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow ups using your clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length - Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices. Our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners are the clinical backbone of that mission—delivering compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to patients who may not otherwise have access. This role exists to provide high-quality evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment while ensuring patients receive timely, personalized, and effective care across a wide range of mental health conditions. What You’ll Do Patient Evaluation & Treatment - Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with psychiatric conditions using evidence-based practices - Prescribe medications and/or psychotherapeutic interventions as appropriate - Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that meets the needs of a diverse patient population - Respond to patient needs in a timely manner based on clinical acuity and best practices Collaboration & Communication - Collaborate with other mental health professionals, primary care providers, and family members as appropriate - Participate in interdisciplinary discussions to support comprehensive treatment planning - Maintain a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach in all interactions - Attend weekly Provider Rounds and monthly All-Staff meetings - Stay engaged with clinical and administrative communications across organizational platforms Documentation & Compliance - Maintain accurate, timely, and complete electronic medical records for all patient encounters - Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements - Follow best practices for documentation, prescribing, and patient care standards Professional Development - Stay current with advancements in psychiatric treatment, medications, and clinical best practices - Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities - Continuously refine clinical skills to provide the highest level of care What Success Looks Like In this role, success means: - Delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to your patient panel - Maintaining strong patient engagement and positive outcomes - Collaborating effectively with the care team and contributing to a supportive clinical culture - Ensuring accurate documentation and full compliance with clinical standards - Demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and clinical excellence in every interaction Education, Experience & Requirements - Master’s degree in Nursing with specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Montana, Alaska and Idaho. - Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) - Experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions - Proficiency with electronic medical records systems - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care What We Offer We believe expanding access to addiction care requires supporting the physicians delivering it. - 100% remote work - 120 hours of paid vacation - 40 hours of sick time - Your birthday off with pay - 9.5 paid holidays - 401(k) with company match - 100% employer-paid employee-only premiums for medical, dental, vision, and accidental insurance - HSA plan option - Stock options - Company-provided equipment - $500 annually toward continuing education - Malpractice insurance fully covered - Licensure costs covered in all states where you provide care Our Commitment Frontier Psychiatry is committed to ethical, accessible, and high-quality addiction treatment.
