You will proactively identify potential fraud patterns and sources to minimize financial risk. You will work collaboratively with the team to develop fraud prevention measures that are mindful of the impact on good user experience while inhibiting fraud actors’ ability to reach our platform. - Regularly work with the team on reviewing sources of potential fraud on a daily basis to support the company in preventing financial losses - Work quickly and thoroughly to meet interdepartmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while ensuring high quality work product - Conduct in-depth transaction-level reviews to assist with chargebacks and disputes from customers - Discover and identify fraud trends and present opportunities for stronger results and mitigation - Communicate with customers in response to inquiries related to fraud or potential fraud - Investigate cases of fraud and brainstorm solutions to reduce fraud in the long-term We offer flexibility to work from home or from one of our global office hubs, and we value in-person time for planning, problem-solving, and connection.
