Job Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or related roles
  • Experience delivering complex technical systems to external customers or regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, deployment models, and integration challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution across teams and stakeholders under ambiguity
  • Eligibility to get security clearance or currently has one.
  • Strong technical fluency with ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and deployment patterns
  • Experience working with cloud and/or on-prem environments, networking, and infrastructure constraints
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (e.g., RMF/ATO, HIPAA, enterprise security controls)
  • Ability to engage in technical tradeoff discussions across engineering, security, and operations.
  • Experience working on national security or government programs (or willingness to pursue clearance)
  • Experience with regulated industries (healthcare, defense, enterprise security)
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code, and observability systems

The incumbent plays a crucial role in providing quality assurance for monitoring, evaluation and learning.
