• In this highly visible role, you will be part of a growing technical project management group in support of NPI process development and developing solutions for extremely high-volume production. • Responsible for driving factory readiness to mass-manufacture high quality products. • Synthesize information on the program into concise communication for Senior Management. • Responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget. • Work closely with engineering teams through the entire development cycle to ensure that designs are manufacturable in high-volumes. • Collaborate with Suppliers and Engineering teams in developing manufacturing processes. • Drive project technical and operational issues during the NPI phase to enable delivery of a mature product and manufacturing process into Mass Production. • Lead the establishment of Quality programs and Manufacturing Process Control Plans for early detection of issues.

• Responsible for driving projects to completion and delivering them according to established timelines and within scope • Accountable for developing and maintaining project artifacts • Ensures compliance with the Technical PMO methodology, including documentation requirements, change control, proper approvals, and communication plans • Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables (that support overall project objectives) working with Product Managers and/or Enterprise Project Managers • Accountable for delivering complex projects according to PMO standards to achieve the strategic objectives of the project • Structure tasks according to predefined sprints within the current JIRA framework • Monitor progress, address challenges quickly, and notify Product Managers or the Enterprise Project Manager of any plan deviations • Manage project communication and provide weekly updates to a cross functional team on sprint and project progress • Manage, facilitate, and maintain CRID (Change Requests, Risks, Issues, Decisions) Log and report weekly • Partner with associated development or technical teams to resolve issues and conflicts within the team • Direct the team to achieve a common goal by establishing a shared vision

• Simultaneously lead multiple small/medium or large-scale projects • Centered around M&A Integrations and Migrations or deploying Microsoft Office 365 technologies • Conduct project kick-off and close-out meetings • Create and maintain project-related documentation • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and timelines to ensure on-time delivery • Provide day-to-day project coordination, drive execution, and own progress reporting for projects • Perform project-related risk and change management • Articulate project goals and roadmaps to clients • Manage relationships with the client and stakeholders • Assist with project and resource scheduling • Review of project engineer time entries to ensure billing accuracy • Project change order management & coordination with internal account managers

• Technically manage video-focused projects from planning through installation and commissioning • Lead client meetings, site walks, and technical coordination sessions • Support onsite installation activities and field teams during critical project phases • Review, update, and produce basic CAD drawings and technical documentation • Assist with testing, validation, and troubleshooting of video equipment and systems • Support SMPTE 2110 infrastructure, networked video workflows, and related technologies • Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and technical requirements with internal teams and vendors • Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and client expectations
