• Technically manage video-focused projects from planning through installation and commissioning • Lead client meetings, site walks, and technical coordination sessions • Support onsite installation activities and field teams during critical project phases • Review, update, and produce basic CAD drawings and technical documentation • Assist with testing, validation, and troubleshooting of video equipment and systems • Support SMPTE 2110 infrastructure, networked video workflows, and related technologies • Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and technical requirements with internal teams and vendors • Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and client expectations

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities • Build and nurture client relationships • Create proposals and quotes • Collaborate with operations and design teams • Attend industry events and site visits
