Role Description Lead Project Manager responsible for maintaining high standards of project management within the team. Qualifications - 4+ years of Experience: Proven experience in the GameDev industry as a Project Manager or Producer; - Knowledge of time-tracking and CRM systems, delivery tools work principles (Jira, Asana, Redmine, etc.); - Advanced skills in working with formulas, reporting, and data analysis using tools like Excel/Google Sheets; - Advanced level of proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing; - Project Management Expertise: Knowledgeable in WBS creation, project planning, and financial management; - Time Management: Excellent time management skills for efficient task prioritization and delivery; - Risk Management: Ability to identify and manage risks effectively for project success; - Artistic Insight: Understanding of art pipelines and experience in the estimation process; - Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder management; - Result-oriented mindset and readiness for long-term cooperation. Requirements - Perform as a Direct Manager to Project managers; - Control the Project managers team capacity; - Participate in the Recruitment Process and handle technical interviews with candidates for the Project manager position; - Educate and onboard new Project managers and initiate organization of educational activities for Project managers; - Overview and support projects managed by the Project manager’s team; - Assign and reassign projects according to the Project manager’s skills and project complexity; - Provide help on estimation requests and review estimations prepared by Project managers; - Collaborate on pitch preparation with the Engagement team; - Manage test projects and transition them to Project managers upon successful completion; - Work on setting up and updating processes to improve and increase the efficiency of Project Managers’ work.
