Role Description As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for EMEA, you’ll gain hands-on experience building sales expertise, deepening product knowledge, and contributing directly to the company’s growth. You’ll work closely with the EMEA team to identify, qualify, and nurture new revenue opportunities within your assigned region. This is a remote position, allowing you to work flexibly while driving the growth of our global business. What You’ll Do: - Identify & Qualify Opportunities – Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the enterprise market. - Engage & Nurture Prospects – Research and build targeted account lists, initiate outreach (cold calling, emails, networking), and foster meaningful connections. - Understand Customer Needs – Build relationships with prospects to uncover their challenges, goals, and pain points. - Drive Sales Pipeline Growth – Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings with qualified leads. - Exceed Targets – Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly goals. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred. - 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within cybersecurity. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs. - Proficiency with Salesforce and experience with sales tools like Gong, Orum, ZoomInfo, and Apollo. - Startup mentality – adaptable, resilient, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Fluency in English and German to effectively communicate with international clients. Proficiency in any other European language is a strong plus. - Experience with Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools is a plus.
