As an Account Executive, Meal Program, at ezCater, you will be instrumental in driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction for our innovative Meal Programs solution. Your responsibilities will include building and executing comprehensive strategies aimed at acquiring new Meal Program customers and locations within both new and existing account relationships. You will identify new sales opportunities through self-prospecting and managing inbound leads to meet sales goals. As a key player in the sales lifecycle, you will qualify prospects, perform discovery, hold demos, and facilitate negotiations. You will manage Relish launches from start to finish in both unmanaged, Strategic, and Key Accounts. What You'll Do: - Build and execute strategies with the goal of acquiring net new Meal Program customers and locations, either in new or existing account relationships - Build a pipeline by identifying new sales opportunities through self-prospecting and working inbound leads to meet sales goals - Qualify prospects, perform discovery, hold demos, and facilitate negotiations - Own Relish launches from end to end in both unmanaged and managed accounts - Deliver accurate weekly reporting on pipeline and rollouts, including account status updates and insights learned during discovery and deployment - Drive and accelerate spend adoption by advising customers on best practices for using ezCater solutions - Develop and maintain deep product knowledge with the ability to communicate product features, benefits, and use cases - Relay market needs and requirements back to internal ezCater teams, including Product, Technical, and Supply teams - Representing ezCater at various customer facing events, including but not limited to industry-focused conferences, tradeshows or other general opportunities - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned - Be required to travel 25% of the year; including Sales Kick Off, Together Weeks, and customer visits when applicable. What You Have: - 3+ years of B2B and/or Enterprise sales experience, selling into complex/networked organizations - Experience working in an overlay/specialist role, with an emphasis on cross team partnership and collaboration - Ability to accurately forecast sales projections and monitor pipeline - Demonstrated track record of owning the sales life cycle including identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels and personas - Demonstrated track record of positioning and selling solutions to new and existing customers and market segments - Experience selling to HR, facilities coordinators, and employee benefit professionals - Expert use of G-Suite, CRMs (e.g. Salesforce.com) and other systems - Experience using prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Experience owning customer facing communication including leading in-person or virtual customer meetings, product demonstrations, or trainings Looking to dive deeper into sales at ezCater? The national cash compensation for this role will consist of base salary and a variable component for a total on-target earnings (OTE) of $115,000 per year.
