About the Role: Join our team as a Reservation Booking Administrator, supporting clients by organizing structured vacation plans and managing reservation processes in a remote environment. In this role, you will assist individuals and families as they prepare for upcoming vacations by coordinating bookings, managing confirmations, and ensuring that all itinerary components are clearly documented and easy to follow. Your primary focus will be maintaining organization, accuracy, and consistency while handling multiple reservations and planning elements. As a Reservation Booking Administrator, you will assist with organizing vacation arrangements that may include accommodations, transportation, and scheduled activities. Many plans involve multiple reservations and time-sensitive confirmations, so attention to detail and the ability to manage booking workflows efficiently are essential. You will help ensure that all reservations are accurate, documentation is complete, and itinerary details are aligned properly. Clear communication is an important part of this role. You will assist with gathering necessary information, providing updates, and ensuring that all reservation details are organized and accessible. You will also monitor confirmations, follow up on pending bookings, and help maintain structured workflows throughout the planning process.
