Qualifications - 5–7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering. - Strong hands-on experience with AWS (VPC, IAM, EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, Load Balancers). - Working experience with GCP (GKE, Compute Engine, VPC, IAM, Cloud Storage). - Exposure or experience with OCI (OKE, Compute, VCN, Object Storage). - Proven ability to map AWS services to GCP and OCI equivalents. - Strong Kubernetes and cloud-native architecture knowledge. - Proficiency with Terraform across multiple cloud providers. - Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts. - Familiarity with DevOps and SRE practices. - Strong communication skills and cross-team collaboration. • Design, build, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure for high-performance analytics platforms • Use Terraform for Infrastructure as Code to ensure scalable and reproducible deployments • Implement and optimize Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration • Automate CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting processes • Configure and manage databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Kafka • Ensure cloud security, cost optimization, and disaster recovery practices • Contribute to backend development using Scala and Python • Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and data pipelines • Collaborate with engineers to ensure code quality and smooth CI/CD integration • Support cross-functional teams with scalable technical solutions

• Design, develop and build Ansible and Terraform automation IaaC • Organize, plan and check the performance of our infrastructure as DevOps engineer; • Maintain, operate and optimize the current infrastructure and CI/CD processes; • Solving problems of deploying applications in test and production environments; • Setting up monitoring, logging and tracing; • Participation in the analysis and elimination of incidents, troubleshooting issues; • Automating processes, developing toolchains and workflows; • Ensuring the security and compliance of infrastructure; • Documenting and tracking improvements; • Constant interaction with the product team;

• Act as the technical leader for reliability for one or more domains; set direction and standards while remaining hands-on where it matters most • Drive reliability strategy across critical services: define SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and reliability KPIs aligned to customer journeys and outcomes • Own incident response maturity: lead complex incidents, improve incident command practices, and ensure high-quality RCAs with prioritized, tracked remediation • Architect and implement automation to reduce toil and risk: runbook automation, self-service tools, and safe operational workflows (Python + Argo Workflows) • Advance GitOps delivery practices using Argo CD: promotion strategies, progressive delivery/canaries, and guardrails that reduce deploy risk • Scale infrastructure management with Crossplane and Terraform: reusable patterns, policy controls, and paved roads for teams • Lead operational readiness and reliability reviews for new features/architectural changes; reinforce non-functional requirements (availability, latency, security, cost) • Improve performance and cost efficiency through capacity planning, load testing, right-sizing, and architecture recommendations across AWS services • Champion infrastructure security best practices for environments that handle PHI (least privilege, secrets management, auditability, and defense-in-depth) • Mentor Staff and Senior engineers through design reviews, code reviews, pairing, and documentation; raise reliability standards across teams
