Role Description The Territory Director plays a strategic role in scaling our business. As a key player within our Sales organization, you are accountable for: - Building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners within our ecosystem. - Sourcing and acquiring new customers. - Managing the overall relationship at buying accounts within your territory. This role demands a successful track record in: - Creating and executing territory development strategies. - Team-based selling. - Navigating complex sales cycles. - Building strategic relationships with decision makers and champions. Location Focus: We are particularly interested in candidates residing in the greater Chicagoland area. Qualifications - 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services. Experience in cloud services, data services, and/or AI is a plus. - Experience co-selling with technology partners. Experience in Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and related platforms is a plus. - Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. - Ability to craft proposals, SOWs, negotiate contracts, deliverables, and pricing. - Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Ability to work cross-functionally, and be inclusive in your sales process. - Possess natural curiosity about your customer and their business. - Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing $250K+ deals that turn into multi-million dollar customers. - Ability to travel up to 50%. Role Description The Director of Financial Systems owns the strategy, governance, and optimization of the organization’s SAP financial systems and financial technology ecosystem. This role serves as the bridge between FP&A, Accounting, and Technology, ensuring financial data is accurate, timely, and actionable. The role partners closely with business leadership to ensure SAP solutions support efficient operations, scalable growth and is aligned with business goals. The Director serves as the business owner for SAP Finance modules and drives process efficiency through automation and best-in-class system design. Job Roles and Responsibilities - Role reports to VP, Corporate Controller. - Serves as the primary systems partner to FP&A, Accounting and Technology as well as collaborating with Procurement and business leadership. - Owns and optimizes SAP systems supporting Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and ARIBA. - Translates Finance requirements into scalable system solutions and data models. Gathers requirements, functional design, testing, and deployment for SAP finance changes. - Leads upgrades, rollouts and continuous improvements along with managing SAP enhancement backlog and prioritizes initiatives based on business value. - Ensure SAP financial systems comply with SOX, audit, and regulatory requirements.
