• Design and document systematic investment workflows (factor models, back-testing, portfolio construction, VaR, stress testing). • Develop evaluation criteria and benchmark solutions to assess AI performance on quantitative finance tasks. • Review and validate AI-generated outputs for statistical accuracy, modeling soundness, and risk logic. • Curate and structure high-quality financial and market data for model training and testing. • Provide feedback to improve AI reasoning in derivatives modeling, risk assessment, and alpha generation.

• Conduct in-depth analyses of climate finance trends and compile supporting evidence for reports. • Support preparations for UNFCCC sessions (Subsidiary Bodies and Conferences of the Parties) by tracking deadlines, preparing briefing materials, and providing on-site support at climate conferences. • Assist project managers with administrative tasks, stakeholder engagement, and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) processes. • Gain experience in business development by conducting landscape scans for new funding opportunities and drafting proposals for international donors.

• Produce monthly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting for internal and external stakeholders • Assist the team in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, by working directly with internal stakeholders to understand the unique budgetary needs of specific departments and incorporating into the financial plan • Assist the team in the preparation of monthly/quarterly discussion materials for investors, the executive team, and the Board • Reconcile headcount and financial data between various FP&A’s forecasting tools • Define and track key performance indicators for R&D efficiency, output, and cost-effectiveness • Partner with R&D business units to drive strategic decision-making, investment prioritization, and long-range planning including optimization of hosting infrastructure expense forecasting • Understand accounting policies (GAAP) and ensure accurate reflection in the various planning and reporting tools • Assist with the implementation of new processes, initiatives, and tools
