• Support the design, development, and optimization of SMR and MMR reactor systems, including core design, thermal hydraulics, neutronics, and fuel cycle analysis. • Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and design analyses to support reactor development and licensing submissions. • Contribute to system integration across nuclear, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and controls (I&C) disciplines. • Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of NRC licensing documentation, including Safety Analysis Reports (SAR / FSAR), Probabilistic Risk Assessments (PRA), Environmental Reports (ER). • Perform deterministic and probabilistic safety analyses to support reactor design and licensing, including loss-of-coolant accident (LOCA), transient, and beyond-design-basis event analyses. • Support the development of operational procedures, surveillance test instructions, and technical specifications aligned with NRC requirements.

• Design and build modern, scalable web applications using Angular and React • Architect, design, and develop scalable single-page and hybrid-rendered applications • Write clean, reusable, and well-structured JavaScript/TypeScript • Ensure applications meet security standards aligned with OWASP Top 10 • Partner with design and product teams for accessible user experiences • Optimize applications for performance across devices • Mentor engineers and contribute to code quality, reviews, and engineering standards

• Design, implement, and maintain complex Angular applications using modern Angular (v14+ or current LTS) • Apply RxJS effectively for asynchronous data flows, state coordination, and side-effect management • Implement robust form handling, validation, and user feedback patterns • Consume RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, handling pagination, filtering, and error states gracefully • Implement secure authentication and authorization flows (OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, token handling, role-based UI behavior) • Establish and follow Angular best practices for module/component structure, state management, and dependency injection.
