Šī ir pilnībā attālināta pozīcija, kas ļauj strādāt no jebkuras vietas Latvijā. - Jaunu klientu piesaiste un ilgtermiņa attiecību veidošana ar esošajiem klientiem; - Darbība kā pirmajam kontaktpunktam klientiem: uzņēmuma prezentāciju vadīšana un pieejamo investīciju produktu iepazīstināšana; - Klientu pieprasījumu pārvaldīšana un risināšana atbilstoši viņu individuālajām vajadzībām; - Regulāras komunikācijas uzturēšana ar klientiem, lai veidotu uzticību, informētu par jaunām tirgus iespējām un atbalstītu izmaiņas investīciju stratēģijās; - Administratīvais atbalsts: dokumentācijas uzturēšana, palīdzība darījumu procesā un savlaicīgas informācijas apmaiņas nodrošināšana starp klientiem un uzņēmumu; - Uzņēmuma pārstāvēšana specializētās konferencēs, biznesa pasākumos un profesionālajās kopienās; - Sadarbība ar iekšējām komandām (mārketinga, analītikas un citām nodaļām), lai nodrošinātu augstu klientu apkalpošanas līmeni; - Klientu atsauksmju analīze un pieejas pielāgošana, lai uzlabotu apmierinātību un noturēšanu; - Pārskatu sagatavošana par klientu rezultātiem, iesaisti un ieviesto stratēģiju efektivitāti, lai definētu un pilnveidotu mērķa klienta profilu. Qualifications - Vismaz 3 gadu pieredze pārdošanā brokeru sabiedrībās, investīciju uzņēmumos vai saistītajos finanšu pakalpojumos (B2C pieredze tiks uzskatīta par būtisku priekšrocību); - Spēcīgas komunikācijas un pārrunu vadīšanas prasmes; - Proaktīva, uz risinājumiem vērsta domāšana ar izteiktu fokusu uz klientu apmierinātību un pakalpojumu kvalitāti; - Brīva latviešu valodas pārvaldība; profesionāla angļu valodas prasme starptautiskai sadarbībai un pārrobežu komunikācijai. Job Requirements

  • Vismaz 3 gadu pieredze pārdošanā brokeru sabiedrībās, investīciju uzņēmumos vai saistītajos finanšu pakalpojumos (B2C pieredze tiks uzskatīta par būtisku priekšrocību);
  • Spēcīgas komunikācijas un pārrunu vadīšanas prasmes;
  • Proaktīva, uz risinājumiem vērsta domāšana ar izteiktu fokusu uz klientu apmierinātību un pakalpojumu kvalitāti;
