Mit intellimago entwickeln wir Software, die Ärzt:innen den Rücken freihält, damit sie sich auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren können: den Menschen. Als Linux-Expert:in installierst und konfigurierst Du unsere Serverlandschaft und sorgst für ein stabiles, technisches Fundament. Dabei bist Du weit mehr als ein Admin im Hintergrund. Du bist unser Brückenbauer und die direkte Schnittstelle zum Kunden. - Kommunikation im Support, bei Schulungen oder der Optimierung unserer Workflows mit Empathie auf Augenhöhe. - Aktives Vorschlagen von Lösungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung. - Pflege der Wissensdatenbanken und Erstellung von Anleitungen für komplexe IT-Prozesse. Einer Teilzeitanstellung steht auch grundsätzlich nichts im Wege, allerdings wäre es ideal, wenn Du wöchentlich mindestens 30h Deiner Zeit mit uns verbringst. Diese Position kann zu 100% aus dem Homeoffice ausgeübt werden. Job Requirements

• First point of contact for all inbound calls in the Support Call phone queue, outside of normal business hours.
