Alliance Partner Sales Operations Analyst
Guidewire Software
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology Partner Managers, supporting contract review and business terms to strengthen customer relationships. • Maintain and audit partner and alliance activity in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with business approval policies. • Track financial metrics, manage price quotes, invoicing, and business approvals, and oversee operational requirements for deals of varying complexity. • Collaborate with Sales, Services, Legal, Finance, and Operations to align resources and facilitate renewals and ongoing contract management. • Build strong, productive relationships and feedback loops with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and satisfaction with contracting best practices. • Assess priorities, anticipate bottlenecks, and balance customer demands to ensure timely and effective outcomes. • Manage invoicing for all recurring License, Subscription, and Maintenance revenue streams. • Assist with special projects as assigned, contributing to Guidewire’s operational excellence and innovation.

Role Description KBRA is looking for an Operations Analyst within its KBRA Analytics’ sales team. You will work with a dedicated sales team and contribute to business development objectives by managing client inquiries and contracts. This position is responsible for drafting & tailoring each contract, ensuring that the terms and license parameters meet the needs of the client and sales team while also complying with organizational standards and protocol.
