• Manage all technical aspects of the sales process including product demonstration, proof of value, customer on-boarding, and feature requests • Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs • Assist marketing in identifying opportunities to expand product marketing collateral to help close sales opportunities • Champion of listening to customer requirements to channel product feedback and feature requests to the product management organization • Conduct post-sales engineering check-ins (in collaboration with Customer Success) with customers to maintain high customer success rates, share new features and product roadmap, and help customers integrate with their own in-house tools and systems • Work in tandem with account team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual booking objectives • Attend trade shows, conferences, and meetups • Travel to customers in designated territory

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js and Node.js • Write clean, maintainable code in Python for backend services and data processing scripts • Build and monitor automated workflows and data pipelines using Airflow and dbt • Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs • Manage and deploy applications within an AWS environment, ensuring cloud best practices are followed • Optimize database performance and manage data migrations in Postgres • Quickly learn and implement new frameworks or tools based on project-specific requirements

• Analyze and understand customer requirements, including RFPs, and translate them into complete, end-to-end service and solution designs • Develop efficient, innovative, and low-risk solutions for IT managed services tenders, covering technological, operational, and commercial aspects • Prepare cost calculations, service models, and effort estimates for proposed solutions • Present and explain service designs to customers at decision-making level and support contract negotiations with expertise and confidence • Design solutions in close collaboration with sales teams, partners, and service units to ensure cohesive, high-quality outcomes and contribute to overall success • Support the creation of proposal content, including drafting written proposal text and preparing presentation materials as part of the bid process • Create documentation and requirements for Transition & Transformation and ensure a seamless handover to delivery teams • Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams to ensure goal-oriented project progress and high-quality proposal output

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, XSLT, Document Transformation, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Studio, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs). • Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and various third-party vendors. • Partner with Workday analysts and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs. • Own the full integration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, UAT, deployment, and post-production support. • Build Workday reports and calculated fields to support integrations and assess interface performance and data quality. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues such as data mapping errors, system connection failures, and upstream/downstream disruptions. • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including data mappings, interface specifications, configuration details, and support materials. • Support Workday bi-annual releases by assessing potential impacts, conducting regression testing, and implementing required updates. • Manage work using Jira/Zendesk, ensuring regular communication regarding task status, timelines, risks, and challenges to relevant stakeholders. • Lead small to medium-sized projects, ensuring requirements, timelines, and deliverables are met. • Identify and recommend process and system improvements to enhance efficiency, data quality, and user experience. • Stay current on Workday enhancements and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement. • Ensure all integrations comply with data privacy, security, and audit requirements, aligning with organizational and regulatory standards.
