The role requires travel to centers and corporate meetings to implement and sustain improvements across the organization. - Lead end-to-end operational improvement initiatives across multiple centers, from assessment to implementation and results tracking. - Identify efficiency levers such as staffing optimization, operating room utilization, scheduling enhancements, and patient throughput improvements. - Collaborate with, coach, and influence center leaders, field teams, and physician partners to drive sustainable performance improvements. - Apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to streamline operations, reduce waste, and standardize processes. - Develop and maintain scalable toolkits, playbooks, and best practices for network-wide adoption. - Serve as a project lead for cross-functional corporate initiatives that support strategic objectives, growth, and capability development. - Track and report progress on performance metrics, translating data into actionable recommendations for leadership. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MHA preferred. - 5+ years leading operational improvement initiatives in healthcare, with a proven record of measurable results in labor productivity, resource utilization, throughput, or cost reduction. - Experience in ASC operations and/or multi-site operational support strongly preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Excel fluency and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Exceptional stakeholder engagement and change management skills; able to influence without authority and build credibility across clinical and operational teams. - Clinical background (RN) or experience partnering with clinical teams is a plus. - Background in industrial engineering, process improvement, or consulting preferred. - Willingness to travel periodically (10%-20%) to centers and corporate meetings.
