Role Description We are looking for a talented Infrastructure/SRE Engineering Manager to join us and be part of the team responsible for improving and scaling the infrastructure powering Leadfeeder. Keeping our services fast, reliable, and secure is one of the key parts of how we succeed every day helping thousands of our customers using our platform. Infrastructure as Code and Automation is at the core of what we do. You’ll work to enable and support our product and engineering teams to spin up, maintain and monitor the necessary infrastructure they need to run their applications and services. As part of our Site Reliability Engineering team, you’ll get the opportunity to work with a team of experienced Site Reliability Engineers that work with a varied range of technologies such as Terraform, K8s, Istio or Ansible, in order to build and maintain our Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure powering our products in AWS. Responsibilities - Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Site Reliability Engineers responsible for our hybrid cloud infrastructure in AWS, with an on-premise extension in Hetzner. - Design, document, and lead the implementation of reliable and secure infrastructure solutions following industry best practices. - Oversee technical analysis, cost estimation and optimization, platform and system design, architectural compliance, resource planning, and delivery milestones. - Engage in hands-on technical work alongside the team to maintain deep understanding of the infrastructure, and lead incident response during critical issues. - Define team goals and strategy, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the organisation. - Manage and coordinate the on-call rotation, including escalation processes, across infrastructure and software engineering teams. - Champion engineering best practices and drive continuous improvement in production environment quality and reliability. Qualifications - 10+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and related services. - Strong technical background in AWS, IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes, and monitoring/observability tooling. - Proven leadership or management experience with strong interpersonal and people management skills. - Experience setting strategic vision and owning complex technical initiatives from conception to delivery. - A disciplined approach to maintaining and enforcing engineering best practices. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business units. - Detail-oriented and self-organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities of varying complexity. - Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Comfortable working in a fully remote environment. - Be physically located within Europe.
