Role Description A native German speaker (C2) and fluency in English is a must have for this Sales Development Representative role. As part of our continued growth, we’re now looking for a fluent German speaking Sales Development Representative to focus primarily on our inbound funnel in the DACH market. This is a fantastic opportunity to impact the growth trajectory of a technology scale-up. The role is perfect for a motivated and driven individual who is looking for an exciting sales opportunity to shape their career with a fast-growing SaaS company. This position can either be remote in Europe, or hybrid if you are located near our Karlsruhe office. Responsibilities - Qualify and engage potential customers, driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the DACH region. - Transform interest into opportunity by qualifying warm leads, uncovering pain points, and setting our Account Executives up for success. - Complete daily activities primarily by telephone, email, and LinkedIn, including methods such as video and voice-notes. - Utilise a question-based and value-led approach to establish connections with inbound leads. - Use targeting criteria, intent, and signal data to engage accounts showing high levels of interest in Leadfeeder. - Occasionally attend networking events to build relationships and generate leads. - Participate in ad-hoc in-person team building events and coaching. Qualifications - Previous inbound sales experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. - Experience in a targeted sales environment and working to KPIs. - A can-do attitude. - Resilience and tenacity. - High energy. - Accountability. - Results-driven. - A natural ability to build rapport. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Natural curiosity. - A deep hunger to learn.
