Role Description The Business Development, Director – Crypto/FX is responsible for the business development function of the Crypto and Forex verticals. This includes: - Sourcing leads - Closing deals - Supporting onboarding of customers - Informing product direction - Selecting partner vendors - Representing the Crypto & Forex team at industry events This role is open to candidates based in Spain, Portugal, Germany, Lithuania, Netherlands, or the UK. Qualifications - Prior Crypto, Forex and/or Fintech industry experience - Large network and relationships in the Crypto & Forex industries - Thorough end-to-end understanding of how cryptocurrency and payments work - Experience working in a global or multinational business environment - Strong commercial acumen with refined analytical abilities - An autonomous self-starter with keen business sense - Exemplary negotiation acumen and strong presentation skills - Demonstrated ability to connect with stakeholders at all organizational levels - Robust communication abilities, both verbally and in writing - Proven network within the industry will be highly considered - Proficient in Business English and Danish Requirements - Comfortable in all aspects of sales (cold outreach to deal closing) - In-person and online networking - Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to work in challenging environments - Adaptable - Moves quickly and executes with urgency - Embraces the Shift4 values Company Description
