Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven 7+ years in backend software development, with a focus on identity and access management, security, or related areas. - Strong proficiency in Golang programming language. - Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. - Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, standards, and best practices. - Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with IAM services and features. - Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is a plus. - Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and distributed systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
