Role Description We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written. - Carefully review, prepare, and verify every piece of closing documentation and disclosures to ensure seamless transactions. - Efficiently organize funding packages, confirm wire transfer amounts, and manage broker ACH payments with precision. - Guarantee that all necessary loan documents are thorough and accurate before setting the closing date. - Collaborate proactively to swiftly resolve any documentation challenges ahead of funding. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Real Estate, or a related area. - Paralegal or legal background is a definite plus! Requirements - At least 5 years of valuable experience in lending, mortgage, or real estate closing environments. - Direct, hands-on expertise with collateral documentation and terminology for both purchase and refinance transactions, spanning commercial and residential sectors. - Demonstrated skill in reviewing and preparing closing documents, disclosures, funding packages, and wire instructions with precision and efficiency. Preferred Background / Industry Experience - Experience in real estate lending, mortgage banking, or title/escrow operations that drives success. - Deep understanding of loan documentation, lien verification, and ensuring strict closing compliance. - Well-versed in managing closing processes for commercial transactions and expertly coordinating with brokers. Key Soft Skills - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills that drive effective solutions. - Outstanding time management and organizational abilities, with a sharp eye for detail. - A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional partnerships. - Highly adaptable and flexible, excelling in dynamic, fast-paced settings. - Strong, clear, and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Technical Skills - Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Familiarity with internal CRMs like Monday.com and Quick Base is a plus and highly valued.
