Role Description We’re hiring a Software Engineer III to join our Audience Engineering team. This is a senior-level individual contributor role for a product-minded engineer who can independently own complex systems and features from discovery through production and iteration. You will operate in a high-velocity environment where we ship small, incremental changes frequently and measure success by business impact, not ticket volume. • Building and shipping features in React/Next.js, TypeScript, and Go • Backend systems and API infrastructure in Node • Tooling, developer experience, and internal platforms

• Work on Celonis Process Mining platform to analyze and optimize business processes. • Develop and execute queries using PQL (Process Query Language). • Handle Process Explorer and Case Explorer for in-depth process analysis. • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) within Celonis. • Design and develop dashboards and visualizations using Celonis UI. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements. • Proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks in processes and communicate effectively. • Ensure high-quality deliverables while working independently and as part of a team.

• Create and configure automations within a low-code RPA platform. • Build flowcharts that represent the operation of automated processes. • Develop bots that interact with web applications (form filling, data reading, clicks, etc.). • Identify and configure CSS/XPath selectors to locate elements in the browser. • Create JavaScript scripts when necessary to complement flow logic. • Execute simple MySQL queries for reading and writing data. • Test, validate, and monitor automated flows.
