• Work on Celonis Process Mining platform to analyze and optimize business processes. • Develop and execute queries using PQL (Process Query Language). • Handle Process Explorer and Case Explorer for in-depth process analysis. • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) within Celonis. • Design and develop dashboards and visualizations using Celonis UI. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements. • Proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks in processes and communicate effectively. • Ensure high-quality deliverables while working independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications - 5+ years of professional software engineering or architectural experience (or equivalent depth). - A proven track record of building backend systems from scratch that were launched into production, used by real users, and were supported and evolved over time. - Experience designing and supporting APIs or backend systems at scale. - Strong systems thinking — you can reason about performance, failure modes, scaling, and long-term maintainability. - Experience working in startup or startup-like environments, or owning major systems within larger companies. - Comfort working autonomously and making high-impact technical decisions. - Python experience is a plus, but not required. - Proficient in AI-assisted development tools and workflows (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, code-generation and review tools) to improve productivity, code quality, and system design.
