This position is responsible for driving revenue from private events, leading sales strategies, and ensuring the seamless execution of all private events. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven record in private events sales and operational management, who excels in building relationships, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional member/guest experiences. - Develop and execute regional private events sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. - Lead, mentor, and motivate private events sales and event teams across multiple properties to ensure alignment with brand standards and service excellence. - Manage all operational aspects of private events, including event planning, logistics, and execution, ensuring high-quality delivery for clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with members, clients, and stakeholders to drive repeat and referral business. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. - Partner with club leadership to optimize resources, streamline processes, and enhance the overall private events experience. - Ensure all events comply with budget and service standards. - Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to executive leadership. - Assist in pre-opening due diligence and the launch of new sites.
