• Conduct a full audit and evaluation of current ServiceTitan configuration, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. • Lead system setup and optimization, including pricebook structure, memberships, job types, business units, and workflow automation. • Oversee Marketing Pro configuration, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and automated email/SMS workflows. • Monitor marketing campaign performance and analyze ROI, revenue attribution, and customer retention metrics. • Collaborate with operations teams to improve dispatching, scheduling, invoicing, and job costing processes. • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs such as revenue, average ticket, technician conversion rate, CSR booking rate, and membership growth. • Ensure proper integration with accounting systems and third-party tools to maintain data accuracy and financial visibility. • Provide recommendations to leadership based on data insights and operational analysis. • Train internal teams on best practices, workflows, and system usage to ensure long-term adoption and success. • Lead post-implementation reviews to assess system performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceTitan.
- Experience managing Marketing Pro campaigns and automation workflows.
- Proven ability to analyze operational processes and implement system improvements.
- Strong reporting and KPI analysis skills.
- Experience working with accounting integrations such as QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
