About the Role We are seeking a results-oriented Professional Services Manager to lead a team of consultants and oversee the seamless technical deployment of Abnormal Security products for our clients. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that our Professional Services team consistently delivers high-quality outcomes while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional operational oversight. You will refine processes to enhance efficiency, while guiding your team to achieve operational excellence, deliver value to clients, and uphold the organization’s core values.
