About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Global Events Manager to help scale and execute Redpanda’s global event strategy. This role will own key components of our event program across first-party, third-party, and partner activations—balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. You’ll play a central role in building repeatable programs, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring our events deliver measurable business impact. You Will: Global Event Strategy & Planning - Help build and operationalize the Global Event Playbook, including standards for messaging, design, execution, and ROI measurement - Partner with Regional Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Brand to incorporate customer and partner storytelling into event narratives - Support forecasting for event performance, pipeline contribution, and budget allocation - Work with Marketing Operations to ensure consistent tracking, attribution, and reporting Event Execution - Lead planning and execution of large-scale global events as well as our virtual user conference - Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to define engagement strategies and event goals - Own logistics, vendor management, creative production, and communications for global activations - Support partner-facing events (e.g., trainings and ecosystem activations) alongside Partner Marketing - Collaborate with Content and Brand to maintain a centralized library of event assets and formats for global reuse Reporting, Enablement & Communications - Track and report on event performance, including ROI, pipeline influence, and engagement metrics - Deliver post-event reports with insights and recommendations for optimization - Create enablement materials (playbooks, templates, guides) to scale event execution globally - Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales Enablement to align content with go-to-market priorities You Have: - 5+ years of experience in event or field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology - Experience executing large-scale events across multiple regions for a fast moving SaaS organization - Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution - Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills - Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on event performance - Familiarity with the following ecosystems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com) is a plus - Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday, RingCentral - Comfortable working across time zones and traveling up to 20% U.S. base salary range for this role is $135,000, not including bonus and/or commission.
