Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in benefits consulting, pharmacy benefit management, or a related field with strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit programs. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with strong project management skills. - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence, present, and build trust with clients. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving team environment with ownership over responsibilities and deadlines.
