• Facilitate workshops to review and analyze existing Customer commissioning, qualification, and validation processes and identify key process steps, gaps, and requirements that would impact implementation approach • Partner with customer SMEs and business leaders to translate requirements into solutions that solve business problems and support the needs of the Customer • Provide consulting on Digital Validation best practices and overall solutions based on requirements and industry best practices • Develop, leverage, and maintain expertise in our Vault platform and Validation Management product • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with Veeva stakeholders and the customer • Build, test, and deploy configuration changes to live environments
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in life sciences validation implementations supporting commissioning, qualification, and the validation of equipment and production processes
- Proven track record leading implementation and/or IT operations as a consultant, business analyst, or IT lead and/or business sponsor
- Experience implementing digital validation systems with the ability to comprehend and translate business requirements and create corresponding solutions designs
- Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Life Sciences Quality, Manufacturing, or Healthcare spaces
- Experience with Data or Content Management applications
