• Shape how primary care practices operate and thrive. • Work alongside engineering, product management, data science, and research to deliver experiences, insights, and tools. • Partner closely with customer success, sales, and operations to align with customers’ goals and hurdles. • Iterate and define the design process from concept to execution while digging into complex workflows.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of design experience shepherding projects from initial concepts through to market adoption & actual user outcomes
- Consumer-grade work samples that demonstrate proficiency in design systems, data design, content design, and behavioral design
- Skillful with Figma and one or two emerging tools that have been helpful in evolving your design process
- Excitement about helping a broad spectrum of humans providing primary healthcare services to elderly populations

• Work with internal team members and external stakeholders to optimize and design sites, components, and interfaces. • Maintain and iterate design systems, ensuring continuous improvement of existing components. • Perform Design Quality Assurance (DQA) for visual and interaction design. • Resolve design-related tickets and issues, providing timely solutions. • Use existing research insights and sketches as design inputs to create wireframes. • Communicate a vision for interaction models and experience architectures. • Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability testing. • Facilitate internal and external design reviews, collect client feedback, and drive approvals. • Support Product Strategy team members as they define experience/product requirements.
