This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. This role provides technical leadership and support in the areas of geospatial requirements gathering solution design/implementation, GIS system integration, software deployments, GIS system administration, troubleshooting and training. The Senior Solutions Engineer leads small to medium sized efforts (at times including the activities of technical resources on those projects) to ensure successful completion and typically will have significant interaction with client staff, Tepa project managers and other technical resources. This role often assists project managers by managing significant portions of technical projects and client relationships.
