• Collaborate with Account Executives to understand mid-market and small enterprise customer needs and technical environments. • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing WisdomAI's core capabilities and tailoring them to specific customer use cases. • Support technical discovery calls, helping to identify customer pain points and how WisdomAI's solutions can address them. • Assist in the preparation and delivery of Customer Workshops and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), ensuring prospects experience the value of our platform. • Serve as a technical resource during the sales cycle, addressing questions on product functionality, integrations, and basic architecture. • Contribute to responses for RFIs/RFPs by providing accurate technical information. • Maintain clear and concise documentation of customer technical requirements and solution designs. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback and ensure smooth handoffs. • Continuously learn and develop expertise in WisdomAI's platform, the cloud data ecosystem, and relevant AI/ML technologies.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in a technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Consultant, or a similar customer-facing technical position in a SaaS company.
  • Foundational understanding and hands-on experience with data concepts, including data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery), ETL/ELT processes, or business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, adapt to evolving product capabilities, and grow in a pre-sales environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI, scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python), and API/MCP integrations desired.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

This role provides technical leadership and support in the areas of geospatial requirements gathering solution design/implementation, GIS system integration, software deployments, GIS system administration, troubleshooting and training. The Senior Solutions Engineer leads small to medium sized efforts (at times including the activities of technical resources on those projects) to ensure successful completion and typically will have significant interaction with client staff, Tepa project managers and other technical resources. This role often assists project managers by managing significant portions of technical projects and client relationships.
