Role Description Sous l’autorité du chef de section achats, vous réaliser l’ensemble des actes et actions liés à la préparation, la passation, l’exécution et au suivi des contrats de la commande publique, et notamment vous : - saisissez les données relatives à la passation de marchés de votre portefeuille dans les SI ALPHA et PLACE ; - élaborez, en partie en binôme avec le prescripteur technique afférent, les documents de la consultation en tenant compte, notamment des exigences de sécurité et de protection du secret ; - suivez les consultations de votre portefeuille, et le cas échéant apportez les réponses aux sollicitations (modifications des documents de consultation, questions des opérateurs économiques…) et vous rédigez les courriers inhérents à la procédure et les rapports de présentation des marchés; - pilotez les commissions d’ouverture de plis et participez aux commissions d’audition ou de négociation éventuelles; - suivez l’exécution du marché et rédigez ou vérifiez les actes relatifs aux modifications, à la sous-traitance ou à la réception ou l’admission des prestations et vous collaborez avec le bureau litiges contentieux en cas de litige sur un contrat de votre portefeuille. Qualifications - Parcours de formation au métier d’acheteur d’opérations infrastructure (AOI) au sein de l’AMI (Académie ministérielle de l’Infrastructure) à Angers – Parcours pluriannuel. - Formations aux systèmes d’information « achats » : le profil acheteur PLACE (plateforme des achats de l’État), l’outil logistique de pilotage des achats ALPHA, l’outil de suivi et de traitement des actes de sous-traitance SUBLIC. - Niveau de diplôme attendu pour le poste : Master/Licence.
