• Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and complete any required remedial works in line with current standards and client specifications • Support, mentor, and provide training to a team of electricians • Undertake electrical testing, inspection, installation, and maintenance as required • Demonstrate a strong understanding of electrical systems, with the ability to identify and report faults effectively • Interpret electrical and site drawings when necessary • Follow safe working practices in accordance with current health and safety legislation and all relevant regulations • Accurately complete and submit reports and certification electronically via PDA within required timeframes • Communicate professionally with clients, residents, and colleagues • Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times • Comply with all company policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the electrical industry
- Extensive experience in electrical testing and inspection procedures
- Proven experience working with three-phase electrical systems
- Solid background in electrical installations
- Experienced in completing electrical certification and reports
- Skilled in fault finding and diagnostics
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Confident using mobile devices to complete electronic job sheets efficiently and accurately
- Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations or equivalent NVQ Level 3 and AM2
- City and Guilds 2391-52
- BS7671 - 18th Edition
- A full UK driving license

Role Description This position is part of the Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board.
