• Administer and support the entire suite of Microsoft 365 services across the organization (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, etc.) • Manage and maintain a hybrid mail environment, including on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online • Administer Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Management based on Microsoft Entra ID • Configure and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, Enterprise Applications, and related Entra ID services • Serve as an escalation point and provide Level 3 technical support for services in responsible area • Participate in IT infrastructure and system implementation projects • Monitor and respond to infrastructure and service alerts, managing incidents from detection to resolution • Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of contractors, providing guidance, support, and clear expectations to ensure tasks are completed with right lead time and quality. • Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and quality of work, identifying and addressing any issues that arise. • Conduct onsite implementation project planning including scope of work, budget, schedule, and subcontracting services and merge with the master project plan. • Manage implementation plan by closely communicating with internal and external stakeholders, especially with supply chain on delivery schedules. • Conduct thorough hardware inspections, quality control checks, and pre-deployment testing to identify and resolve any potential issues. • Prepare hardware environment for SIT, UAT and Performance Testing and participate in testing. • Diagnose and resolve hardware-related problems, both remotely and on-site, to minimize downtime and ensure optimal robot performance. • Document all hardware-related issues, solutions, and best practices in a clear and organized manner. • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in autonomous robotics hardware and contribute insights to enhance the company's competitive edge. • Able to quickly learn new products. • Develop and provide trainings to customers, team members and service partners.

• Lead SRE managers and senior individual contributors, develop leaders through coaching and delegation, and build a strong bench of technical and leadership talent. • Drive talent reviews, succession planning, organizational design discussions, performance management, and development planning for high-potential team members. • Foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous learning across the organization. • Define multi-quarter roadmaps and OKRs aligned with business objectives, and balance investments across reliability, scalability, cost, and security priorities. • Develop strategies to reduce technical debt and operational toil, plan capacity and resources across teams, and lead initiatives that span multiple teams or value streams. • Make build versus buy versus partner decisions for platform capabilities and support technology investment decisions within the area of responsibility. • Own reliability across multiple critical systems or value streams, including SLO and SLI frameworks, operational metrics, incident management, on-call practices, and disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities. • Provide technical direction on major infrastructure decisions, participate in architecture reviews, and drive adoption of best practices across teams, including infrastructure as code, GitOps, observability, CI/CD, and zero-trust security architecture. • Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Security, Compliance, Finance, and executive stakeholders on reliability requirements, roadmap planning, infrastructure initiatives, and broader technology strategy. • Communicate vision, strategy, progress, incident summaries, and investment needs to stakeholders at all levels, including VP and Director audiences, while influencing technical and process decisions across the organization.
