• Provide direction and assistance to the work group to meet assigned objectives. • Pre-commission, commission, and service static frequency converters (SFC) and variable frequency (VFD) low voltage and medium voltage drives/switchgear/transformers and power systems. • Provide technical assistance and supervision to customers on the installations. • Conduct on-site interpretation of data and technical instruction. • Provide management with complete and prompt information and report regarding safety & project/service status, customer or equipment problems, and failures. • Provide technical assistance through on-site guidance and training in proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of assigned programs and ground support equipment. • Provide and assist quality team with root cause analysis and generate reports in case of equipment malfunction or failures to identify/analyse any undesirable trends. • Complete site documentations such as weekly safety update, installations check lists, pre-commissioning, and commissioning procedures. • Hands-on on-site parts replacement, testing, and verification of electrical equipment. • Adhere with company Health and Safety policies and work in safe and best practice manner to ensure the wellbeing of personnel and equipment are not compromised.

• You will be servicing Imaging Equipment in the Louisiana and Mississippi area. • You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision. • You will be responsible for delivering both timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction. • You will manage financial performance within your territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management. • You will manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc. • Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.
