Pay Range: $4,038.46 - $5,000.00 - Bi-Weekly - Depending on Experience Job is: Certificated Location: Remote + 10% In person requirement for events, PDs, etc. which are held in Southern California, often in the San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles, and Pasadena areas Candidate Location Requirements: Must reside in Northern California within 150 miles driving distance of one of our Sacramento OFY school sites, as this position is based out of our Sacramento charter and will support local charter events, such as graduation. Our Online Programs team in person days, such as team buildings and PDs, are held in Southern California. Our Ideal Candidate Will: - Instructs students in multiple subjects, using various teaching methods, audiovisual aids, and other materials. - Prepares outline for course of study, following curriculum guidelines or requirements of state and school. - Administer tests to evaluate pupil progress and record results. - Keeps attendance records and maintains student files and transcripts. - Meets with students and parents to discuss files and transcripts. - Teaches students and coaches, supports, develops students, and moves them toward graduation. Fills in when needed. - Implements the ongoing training and development of staff, including regular teacher observation feedback, and goal-setting. - Facilitates questions or needs of teachers and school administrators (or directs them to the appropriate staff member). - Communicates changes in policies or procedures to all assigned staff, including general announcements that affect center operations or staff involvement. - Oversees the day-to-day operations in the centers, including the purchase and distribution of supplies. - Monitor growth and make appropriate recommendations to the Principal. - Participates in faculty and professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops. - Performs related duties such as student organizations or committees, assisting pupils in selecting courses of study, or counseling students in adjustment and academic problems - Conducts annual reviews of all assigned staff in consultation with designated supervisors and/or others as appropriate. - Available for direct instruction and/or support 2 hours per day. - Performs other administrative functions and duties as assigned. You'll Need The Following Minimum Requirements: - CA Administrative Credential required - CA Preliminary or Clear Single Subject Credential required - Ability to train, direct, and delegate responsibility to staff. - Superior knowledge of company policies, procedures, and program offerings, including the use of curriculum, Google Suite, MS Office, and the school's proprietary software (CSIS). - Ability to travel as needed.
