Location: Remote PositionPay Range: $25.19 - $44.31 Position Summary The Junior Web Developer will support the maintenance, cleanup, and ongoing evolution of our existing websites while assisting with the development of a new unified web platform. This role partners closely with the Senior Web Developer to ensure current web properties remain stable, well-structured, and performance driven. The position contributes to content quality, technical SEO, data structure, and platform scalability across multiple brands and partner practices. Key Performance Areas KPA 1. Website Maintenance & Content Structure - Maintain and update existing company and partner websites - Clean, standardize, and improve semantic HTML across blog and content pages - Ensure consistency and quality of markup and page structure - Implement URL updates, redirects, and structural improvements - Support preparation of legacy content for platform migration KPA 2. This role requires a deep understanding of business and engineering goals, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve them.
