Lifecycle Growth & Reactivation Intern

• Identify Opportunity Segments • Identify and analyze three dormant or low-activity customer segments as candidates for return-to-MAU campaigns • Evaluate behavioral patterns, engagement drop-offs, and potential reactivation triggers • Size the opportunity and assess potential impact • Select one priority segment to take from insight to execution • Build a Reactivation Campaign • Develop a lifecycle messaging strategy tailored to your selected segment • Design a fully vetted campaign (email, in-product, digital touchpoints) • Craft compelling copy that motivates action • Partner cross-functionally with analytics and marketing leads • Measure Impact & Present Insights • Track campaign performance and return-to-product behavior • Analyze reactivation lift and downstream engagement • Identify what drives renewed momentum • Deliver a final executive presentation with recommendations for scaling
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a 3 year bachelor degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2027
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, English, Communication, or similar
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience working in a team environment
- Ability to stay organized while juggling numerous priorities
- Must be flexible and able to learn new software quickly - experience with Lithium/Khoros or other community software, Trello, Confluence, Bunchball/Nitro, and Excel are a plus but not a requirement.
