The Two Paths Depending on your background and where you want to make an impact, you will focus on one of two critical areas: - Growth: You will define the mechanics of how users discover and engage with Reddit, focusing on top-of-funnel acquisition, conversion to our apps, and long-term retention. - Youth and Compliance: You will design the vital guardrails that keep teens safe, ensuring Reddit meets global privacy and safety regulations, while crafting tailored experiences for different users that feel like Reddit.
