IT Support – Systems Engineer
Kunai
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tier-1 and tier-2 IT support, resolving issues while maintaining a high standard of customer service. • Manage and prioritize tickets in Jira Service Management, ensuring timely tracking and resolution of incidents. • Support endpoint deployment and device management across macOS and Windows environments using Kandji and Microsoft Intune. • Lead the migration of PCs to Intune and help build secure, scalable configuration standards. • Implement and refine zero-touch provisioning strategies for new devices. • Administer onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring proper access setup, device provisioning, and secure deprovisioning. • Support identity and access management workflows, including Okta integrations, SAML/SCIM configuration, and workflow automation. • Identify opportunities to streamline IT operations through automation and AI-driven tooling. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain compliance, documentation, and operational consistency.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience supporting macOS and Windows environments, including device management platforms such as Kandji and Intune.
- Hands-on administration experience with at least three productivity or collaboration platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, or 1Password.
- Working knowledge of SOC II compliance principles and security best practices.
- Experience using Jira Service Management or comparable ticketing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus.
- Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, documentation, and workflow management.
- Direct experience migrating PCs to Microsoft Intune and building configuration policies (Bonus).
- Hands-on experience with Okta Workflows or scripting automation (Bonus).
- Experience supporting distributed or remote-first organizations (Bonus).
- Additional familiarity with SOC II environments and audit readiness (Bonus).
