The Opportunity: The Physician Advisor provides leadership for efficiently managing resource and utilization to deliver quality cost effective care in the most appropriate setting. Works closely with the medical staff leadership, the entire medical staff, including resident physician house staff in all areas of resource/utilization management to develop and implement methods to optimize use of hospital services for all patients. Role Description We're seeking a dynamic Clinical Lead (Physician) to advocate for their colleagues and fellow pod members, drive clinical excellence and a supportive work environment, and contribute to our practice’s continued growth and success. - Co-lead a pod of up to 10 clinicians alongside a Registered Dietitian Lead. - Provide critical support to the practice in support of high-quality care delivery and clinician well-being. - Devote leadership time to providing pod assignee support and collaborating with the Regional Medical Director. - Promote obesity care and telemedicine best practices. - Demonstrate a commitment to delivering the highest standards of clinical care.
